Newsletter signup: your email address.

WhatsApp, phone and email: whatever you choose to share when you contact us directly, such as your name, number and the properties you are interested in.

Meta lead forms: if you submit an Instant Form on Facebook or Instagram, we receive the details you entered, typically your name, email address, phone number and property interests.

Technical information: like most websites, our server automatically records basic technical data such as your IP address, browser type and the pages you request. This is used only to keep the website secure and working properly.

How we use your information

We use your information to respond to your inquiries, to send you information you request (such as floor plans, pricing and availability for the properties we represent), to follow up on your inquiry, and, if you subscribed, to send you our newsletter. We also use it where needed to meet our legal obligations.

Our newsletter

If you subscribe, we will occasionally email you about new pre-construction launches, select listings and Miami market insights. You can unsubscribe at any time by replying to any newsletter or emailing us, and we will remove you promptly.

How your information is delivered and stored

When you submit our contact or newsletter form, your details are sent to our team by email through Brevo, a third-party email service that processes this data on our behalf. Messages you send through WhatsApp are handled under WhatsApp’s own terms and privacy policy, and Meta lead form submissions are shared with us by Meta under Meta’s terms. Our website is hosted by a third-party hosting provider.

Sharing of information

We do not sell or rent your personal information. We share it only with trusted service providers, such as our email, CRM and messaging tools, and only as needed to respond to you and provide our services. As a Douglas Elliman–affiliated team, we may also share details with Douglas Elliman where needed to assist you with a transaction. We may disclose information if required by law.

Cookies and third-party content

Our website does not use advertising or analytics cookies. To display the site, your browser loads fonts from Google Fonts and, on property pages, an embedded Google Map, so Google may receive your IP address. Google Maps may set its own cookies when you view a map, under Google’s privacy policy. Instagram posts shown on our site link to Instagram, which applies its own privacy policy when you visit it.

How long we keep your information

We keep inquiry details for as long as needed to assist you and maintain our relationship, or as required by law. Newsletter subscribers stay on our list until they unsubscribe.

We take reasonable measures to protect your information, including encrypted (HTTPS) connections to our website. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we work to keep your information safe.
